CIADC Summer Camp: Ages 11-15 (CIADC690-01D)

Register the same Student for both Camp sessions (12:30pm-3pm and 3:30pm-6pm) during the same week and receive 5% off the total!

New Students will work on guided projects as they learn safety, proper tool use, and fundamental skills. Returning Students will further their skillsets through personal projects with instructor guidance.

Metal Casting: Explore the metal casting process including design, pattern making, mold making, metal casting, and finishing of metal objects.

Metalworking & Forging: Explore the metal fabrication and forging processes including welding, forging, and metal finishing to create objects.

CNC Fabrication: Explore the CNC fabrication process including digital design (CAD), converting to machine language (CAM), CNC router and CNC plasma cutter machine operation, and finioshing of wood/metal objects.

Woodworking: Explore the woodworking process including cutting, milling, joining, and finishing to create objects.

Note: No experience required. Attendance in the first class is mandatory for New Students. Natural fiber clothing, long pants, and closed-toe shoes are required while working at CIADC. A $30 material fee is included in tuition; CIADC will invoice for materials used above this amount.
