OPEN STUDIO ACCESS (OSA) RESERVATIONS

Please reserve a spot for OSA with the below form to ensure we do not exceed the maximum capacity in each Shop.

Note:

  1. Use of OSA is a Member-only perk for current Students and former Students with a current STUC

  2. We will notify you if the Shop is full upon your reservation request

  3. If you need to cancel, please email us at admin@ciadc.org -or- call at 773-961-8498 to let us know so we can open the slot to others
