OSA is a Member-program. Only current Members enrolled in a Class or certified through the current-term Department STUC can use OSA.

The only exception is current Students with a free OSA voucher.

Yes! We only allow a maximum number of users in each Shop during OSA, We encourage you to reserve your spot in advance using the form below.

If the Shop is already full at the time of your reservation, we will notify you.

We take OSA Reservations for the current week and upcoming week. Reservations will be taken until the spots are filled.

No, please prioritize which ONE Shop you would like to use for the 3-hr OSA block. While here, if spots in other shops are available, then you can work in other Department Shops you are certified to use.

Your spot will be reserved until the 3-hr OSA block begins. If you are not here once OSA begins, your reservation is void and you will be admitted only if there is space available.

Yes, we encourage pre-paying for your OSA to guarantee your reservation. Pre-payment can be made at the Front Desk, or by calling (773) 961-8498.

Please note that pre-payment cannot be prorated, transferred to another time slot, or refunded.

Yes, you are welcome to drop-in without a reservation and will be allowed to work if spots are available in the Shop.
