Based on the success of last year’s campaign, several private donors have together pledged to match every donation between now and August 31st, up to $10,000. This means we can double in value every single dollar you donate to us over the next several months; $10,000 raised + $10,000 matched = $20,000 towards furthering our Mission!
Help us maximize this opportunity by making a tax-deductible donation today!

CIADC Offers Tour of Renowned Crab Tree Farm Collection
CIADC Members and a Guest are invited to a private tour of Crab Tree Farm on Saturday, May 5th from 10 am to 1 pm.
Crab Tree Farm is a living museum just north of Lake Bluff, IL. Several of the buildings display Arts and Crafts collections in settings that have been created to reflect the aesthetics of the Arts and Crafts movement. In addition to these buildings there is a full time woodworker, Mike Jarvi, with an active workshop specializing in bent wood furniture. A highlight of past tours is a prototype panel of Anish Kapoor's Cloud Gate (The Bean), on display in the gardens. This is a unique opportunity that is only available to a handful of private groups each year so don’t miss out!
Cost is $20 per person (payable onsite, the day of the event), an includes lunch. Everyone will meet at the Crab Tree Farm on May 5.
Please RSVP with number of people attending to admin@ciadc.org no later than April 21. Hurry, there's only 20 spaces available!
CIADC Welcomes Tyler Smith
CIADC welcomes Tyler Smith, a Misericordia resident, to our Team! Tyler was recently hired to help with custodial, light maintenance, and general organization of our facility. Tyler’s off-campus employment goal was to work at an art center, and we’re happy to have him in our creative community! Say hello to Tyler when you see him!
CIADC hopes to be able to work more with the Misericordia community.
